A) If I thought that you were the type of guy that was going to be satisfied with what he had and wouldn't ever want anything more, this might do. You may be right back making the same decisions a year from now.
B) I wouldn't do SDS or any other engine management system without being able to have control over the timing curve on a turbocharged engine. You are also looking at more money than just the system, if you want to get into the 250-300hp @ the wheels range, but this is a pay as you go thing.
I think that if you really think that you just need fuel only, you'd be better off just getting their EIC, it controls 2 or 4 extra injectors(4 is really the only way to go). The injector bosses are pretty cheap or you can have your own made, I know you wouldn't have a problem getting them put on the intake manifold.
C) I like this idea, but not for a daily driver and I feel this would be a really tough system to get right under all conditions.
If you keep the LH system, another problem you will run into seeking high HP, is intake restrictions, I am talking just the AMM right now. After I switched to SDS I left the AMM in place for months, not realizing I had something on hand that would fit in it's place, I had tried several things, but nothing was quite right. Anyway, I stumbled accross some 3" aluminum stuff I had hid away and it seemed just right, turned out it wasn't, because the K&N didn't want to play, but with a little trimming, I was already commited, I got it to fit. The performance difference was immediately noticeable, the AMM is a real restriction. I posted a Bosch part# for an AMM used on Volvo 740 Turbo's, many months back, I did not try any tuning with it, but I did try it just before going SDS. ID is about .25" larger than the SAAB part and it operated just fine with the '85 T LH ECU and would probably be fine with any LH 2.2 system, might be something to think about.
As far as shelling out cash for dyno time, you'll probably be doing that with B or C. Road Dyno is an option, although I've not yet got consistant results with the MSD hooked up.
