If I want my car to boost 22 psi, it can, and it will stay there as long as my foot is to the floor and I have rmps left to climb.
If I want 15 psi, I get there and hold the trottle down accordingly. It does not bounce... it just stays there.
I just love watching the boost gauge that I spend way too much time looking at it. At least Eric has his right in front of his face, mounted through the speaker grill!
BTW: We busted out the old 85 Sled tonight for a short run... and met up with a 2001 Viggen at a traffic light. Eric's old unit with crappy old tires on it... spun the tires through most of first and ALL of second.. still took the Viggen. Fun stuff. At the next light, a guy in a BMW 325 thought he was all that, and was making gestures at us like he wanted to go. Uh, ok. Laid him to waste quite easily. It was fun dusting these new cars in a 16 year old pile.
