Your numbers are right on compared to my 9-5 Aero. I dynoed to about 214 horsepower and 265 torque under the following conditions:
83.9 F
29.38 in. Hg.
CF = 1.02 SAE
RPM/MPH = 51.34
Elevation is probably just under 1000 feet

Your tested barometric pressure and tempature will porbably explain why the correction factor is below 1.00. My best runs were when the engine was just sitting on the dyno idling(hot). The operator did one run with the engine off for about 15 minutes and a fan belowing in the IC but it had no effect. Another was doing a run back-to-back. This is where the motor will come off over boost and I got 195 hp and 230 trq which when figureing 15% drivetrain loss for a manual transmission puts it right on manufacturer's claims.
How many do you have? I had 6000 miles on the odometer. I'd love to compare your dyno graphs when you can get them scanned. The guys at Vinci do allot of work on Corvettes and have a good reputation.
