My car is a 9.3 base with 195/60-15 and I'm not sure the SE get the same EOM springs. I tryed one and it seemed a little firmer than the base one.
Eibachs are OK with stock shocks if you don't want to race your car. It handles better, reduce diving and improve cornering abilities.
It looks better too, about 1 inch lower. That make a big difference. Beware of potholes...
Personally I never bottomed.
However the ride is just a little firmer, not too bouncy. If the car is loaded with 4 persons and luggages, it become more jumpy. But that's not the purpose.
I experience some noises when stopping the car in the driveway while turning, as if the front spring were rubbing against the bushings, may be. But nothing really annoying.
Bought them from tirerack $373.00 and $200 to install locally not Saab)+ $70 for alignment.
You'll have fun.
