that is what the guys that heavily track BMW's do. The ducting feeds the veins of the vented rotors with ambient air and helps keep operating temperatures down. Or you could modify your baking technique, but it sounds like you are braking in a non-destructive manner.
The original e-30 M3 is notorious for warping front rotors. Some people would only get one weekend at the track before warping them. After getting the ducts, many go years before replacing them.
I guess I'm just a pansy with the brakes, I have yet to warp a rotor on any of the cars. Actually, the rotors may be warped but I cann't tell through the steering wheel or brake pedal.
