Dan, I think you may have a challenge here if you are looking to sell to someone who knows SAABs. On the other hand if you can find a virgin you may do really well.
Here is the aggressive SAABophile analysis: The end of model year clearance deal for the left over brand new MY00 Viggens was $6000 trunk money plus $1000 saab owner loyalty. In other words, sale price on these cars was dealer invoice minus $7000. So your buyer will be looking for invoice, minus $7000, minus some significant amount for depreciation. After all, he will argue, it's a used car and there is a very thin market for Viggens. So I would definitely recommend that you not negotiate with such a buyer. Instead look for a buyer who doesn't know that all new saabs are sold on some kind of discount gimmick, and who thinks that kelley blue book retail is actually a market price. You need a buyer who will be impressed that you are offering a big discount from MSRP on a car that has only 2000 miles. I'd say you're looking for a 21 year old trust fund kid, and if you're going back to college, you know plenty of them. Check the frat houses. (I'm serious, and no disrespect intended if you happen to belong to one.)
I'd be interested in buying your Flight Academy voucher, assuming that the school will honor the transfer.
Good luck.
