We had one SO that came as an observer (Mrs. Bullseye) and she hung out and made fun of her husband most of the time (you must have that on tape John). The school had chairs for us to use when we weren't driving. But your SO could also easily drop you off and go out for the day.

I would definitely recommend the Chateau Elan where Saab hosts the dinner. Its very nice with great service and it is convenient. Ran about $140 a night. They have an affiliated hotel across the street called the Lodge at Chateau Elan that was roughly half the price. But splurge and stay at the main hotel you won't be disappointed. Dinner was "business casual" most people wore kahkis and polo/dress shirt. There is a little Irish pub on the hotel grounds that a bunch of us went to after the Saab dinner (another plus for staying there - you WALK home).

Your going to have a blast - best weekend I've had in a long time. Can't wait for the advanced class.
