If you really want the jet fighter look you can buy a Mil-spec momentary toggle switch and a flip up red guard at any decent FBO (Fixed Base Operator) parts department. Call your local airport - look under "Aircraft Service" in the yellow pages, or look for a Piper, Cessna or Beechcraft dealer under "Aircraft Dealers". These parts aren't cheap, but they are reliable and give you the look you want.
If you decide to do this mod, you need to put a key operated on/ off switch somewhere out of sight to provide security when you are away from the car.
