The actual class schedule is on the Saab website. If your travelling I would recommend coming in early on Friday (assuming its a weekend class). This way you can get settled in the hotel (I recommend the Chateau Elan if the $140 a night doesn't bother you) and perhaps hook up with another Saabnet'r for dinner. The class starts around 8 or 8:30. The dinner reception followed class on the first day by an hour or so and was held at the Chateau Elan which is about 10 min or so from Road Atlanta. Dress was casual most people had kahkis and golf-style shirt (including our host). There is a decent Irish pub on the hotel grounds that allowed us all to lie about our driving skills after a black and tan... Most people left right after class on the second day to catch flights home. Atlanta airport was a solid hour away so make sure you leave plenty of time.
Dress at the actual class was very casual. We went in August and nearly everyone had shorts and t-shirts on.
Go, have fun and beg for an advanced class for us.
One thing you might want to suggest is some sort of subtle window decal that shows you attended the VFA. They gave us a Viggen badge (like on the side of the car) and its cool but I wouldn't mind a small decal.
