Advice:

The wheel and tires that you suggest will be very prone to damage. The new wheels and tires will be very expensive, and you have to consider the cost of replacing bent wheels.

The Saabs to not have much travel in the front suspention. So the suspension bottomes out easier than with some other vehicles. When this happens the wheels can easily be bent.

To protect the wheels from damage, you will have to increase the tire pressure. That combined with the low profile tires will make for an uncomfortable ride.

If you signicantly increase the diameter of the tires, not only will the speedo be off, you acceleration and braking will both suffer.

Yes, such things are done on other vehicles, but there are folks who do a lot of things to their vehciles to look cool, that are really silly.

The choice of tires in 18" rims is limited and the costs are something to consider.

Folks with 16" wheels get them bent, folks with 17" wheels have even more bent wheels. With 18 wheels, your brake system will start to look rather small and silly. It would be better to seek a balance of appearance and performance. A balance in cost as well!

I have not done the calculations on what the impact would be for the sizing changes. But I would advise against 18" wheels even if there was no change in the tire rolling diameter.
