the idle sound about right. only with the 2.4 you should be in closed loop at idle and the a/f gauge should actually sweep from rich to lean, but should center around stoich. unfortunately, if you are only getting stoich readings at high boost, you are too lean. also, with the stock o2 sensor (unless you are running a wideband), you can't correctly dial in fueling at wot without a dyno. you need to be in the 12.5:1 range for wot, high rpm and high boost. the stock o2 sensor can't tell you that, it can only tell if you are rich or lean of stoich. you may be real rich if at wot around 11:1 or you may be 14.1:1 and your stock o2 sensor will read rich either way. fact is, you need the extra fuel for cooling under wot. i would crank up the fuel until you just start to go rich at idle, then back it down a little. this should give you your best bet for max fueling at wot with your setup.
good luck.
