(C-tech) and I have to agree that warm braking is excellent and it is virtually impossible to sinificantly fade them.
However... Braking on cold occasions (under 7-8 degrees C.) was awful -almost dangerous the fisrt 3-4 times the brakes were applied.
Also, the obnoxious squealing noise made while braking gradually became consistent and sounded every time the pads brushed against the discs as the wheels turned. This was loud enough to turn heads by th time I removed them..!
Furthermore my discs were blue and warped and I had to change them.
I now run a Tarox combo up front. I'm not saying this stuff to dishearten you -just pay extra attanetion when bedding them in (perhaps I did a bad job) and be careful not to overdo it because as they never fade, temps get really high and destroy the discs. I'm suspecting this is what warped/turned mine blue.
