Only modified Trionic SW will put you around 220-230 hp. Add free-flow exhaust and free-flow cat (most important part is just after the turbo, where you want to have 3", the rest is of "less" importance), and you'll be looking at 240 or somewhere in that ballpark.
For further gains you need a bigger turbo, T28 or similar, and a crossflow I/C (same as the Viggen and some other 9-3s have). That should put you around 260 hp with suitable SW.
