Which ECU is best?

I'm ready to put a stage 3 ecu on my 9000 aero now that I have the full JT exhaust on, I'm wondering if I should get speedparts, sQR or maptun. All three are rated at 280hp. I know that maptun is $200 more then the rest and I have no more desire to get further enhancements such as intercooler or injectors so that 10% upgrade price doesn't really concern me. Are there any real differences between these ecus other then price?
