yes ,usually even mass air sensored cars run a little lean in the upper rpm range.mass air cars compensate by the ecu keeping the injectors open longer but the stock pressure still drops.if your doing bolt ons you are further leaning out the mixture.you will however need either a dyno or air fuel meter to tune in your opitimum preesure.
