Just installed the TurboXS BOV.
No ECU problems, no codes. H.O.W.E.V.E.R...
I need to adjust the spring to a much tighter setting (beyond what TXS supplied me with washers) so that the piston is closes faster after coming to a stop (idle). I would almost like to have an intake leak so that the piston slams shut. The idle is a hair below 1000 - right on spec.
The sound is not "that" spectacular - it's the TurboXS RFL atmospheric type. Probably die to the fact that I am using the OEM BPV rubber hose to connect to the base of the BOV (the flexible flanged hose). I will try to weld the valve onto the IC-to-TB elbow sometime soon. Seems that I just need to replicate the spring/action properties of the Bosch unit, and I'm golden. Just some fine tuning needed.
So there you go. The atmospheric discharge BOV did not cause problems for my LH 2.4 900t. The TXS unit is very well constructed, BTW :O)
