T-5 Absolutely knows what gear you are in and moderates boost accordingly. When I was driving the "Silver-Slut", Frank was watching EVERY parameter of function that I did on the computer screen, how much throttle and in what gear, it was pretty amazing, as I had no idea that T-5 was that sophisticated. Even after changing every concievable part and piece on my car that was automatic, and having an entirely new ECU from Sweden, the wideband SW that Frank was using still told him that there used to be an automatic in there! Pretty wild eh? Anyway, he was able to give me basically no boost in 1st and the beginning of 2nd, with a rocket surge at the end of 2nd and the end of 3rd. This is how I wanted it, it might not be for everyone, but eveyone else might not have well over 310hp like I do and have to try to manage it in an open differential daily driver. That reminds me, what do you think of the Quiaffe? The guys in Sweden are using a brand that I have never heard of for all sorts of different reasons, whatever those are. Did it change the drivability in any adverse way? I'd appreciate any input on this. :o)
Good 0-100 time, what kind/brand of SW are you using, and what year is your Aero?
