If you think about it, non-turbos don't have overboost switch so those connectors are plugged to each other. THe same goes with the cruise control switch in left fender that puts you in base-boost-only when cruise is on. NOn cruise control cars have a jumper plug (shorts wires together) and no vacuum sensor. I used the fuel cutout plugs on our 87 9000t as a engine disabler with the clifford alarm. Instead of cutting power to starter, only cuts power to fuel pump! THieves might get it to turn over but they'll be pissed when it doesn't start..
