Hey all. I know there were a few messages posted a couple days back about this same issue but I felt they left some of my questions unanswered. I just found Group 6 DI/APC chips promising an increase of 40hp in the classifieds for $150 and wondering if I should get them for my '92 9000 turbo. I know, probabaly better than anyone how annoying the '91 and '92s can be but I think I too have ironed out most of these kinks.
Do these chips raise the temperature of the engine radically? If so, will my having replaced the radiator, fan, fan switch, thermostat, and all radiator and intercooler hoses remedy any possibly problems? I really need this extra 40hp (my friend's '95 900 SE turbo is kicking my butt, haha). Someone before asked if these two Group 6 chips are obsolete...are they? Is there a better solution? What else besides a turbo-back exhaust and/or head modification would best accompany this upgrade (no money for that right now, I foresee further repair costs down the line)?

Do Atmospheric BOVs have the same benefits as other performance BOV's (either would be purchsed from Swedish Dynamics or Group 9)?
