Like others have said the approach angle will be terrible and with my 9000 lowered that only added to the problem. What I did though before trying any of those other ideas was to simply drive the truck with dolley attached down into a slight ditch or whatever so that the ramps on the dolley were now flush with the ground since the dolley itself was still parked on the higher ground. Now you can just drive the car STRAIGHT onto the dolley. I guess you could do this anywhere such as at the enterence to a parking lot, or a steep driveway even. Any place that will allow you to bring the dolley into a level position will do. Lastly, the same thing can be done by pulling the car up to the dolleys ramps (but not on them) and then using a floor jack jack up the car from underneath, then simply back the truck and dolley under the car the remainder of the way and let down the jack. Tons of solutions really!
See Ya,
Phil
