Yes pin #1 is the RPM input signal from the EZK unit(non turbo)or the ignition control module pin#7(Turbo).It is a Square wave signal. The rpm limiter is in the software in the LH 2.4 module. If you screw around with this signal before it enters the LH module, you'll have running problems. The Lh uses this signal to caculate injector opening times(duration)and injector timing. Bottom line, you can't alter the RPM limit in the box.
