325-350hp is the eventual goal (and I stress eventual). The pistons would have to be upgraded along with lots of other stuff (IC, injectors, cams, turbo, exhaust etc). The reason I am researching the 7cm2 is because I found some good credible advice against using a 18t 6cm2 because of the very reason you mentioned a 5cm2 should not be used...heat. Actually much of what I found came from conversations you were having with DrBoost a few years back. According to the good Dr, the 18t and 6cm2 are not the most efficient combination and at such high power levels, keeping EGT's down is ultra critical to survival (I'm sure you knew this already though). My plan is to strive for better effeciency and cooler temps...not higher boost. There is still so much to learn! I went out and bought Maximum Boost by Corky Bell yesterday....this book showed me how LITTLE I actually know about tuning a turbo car.
