well. What I did was set the adjustment all the way out and then would make one turn, then drive it to see the difference; make another single turn, drive it, etc.
Fully adjusted (FULLY CLOSED) you do NOT want, as the pressure will never release and will potentially damage the turbo.
I think I wound up putting about 4 turns on the adjustment screw/nut. I'm boosting 18psi with an overboost hitting right at 20psi. The Hyperboost holds pressure and does not leak at all. I can tell you, with it adjusted all the way out (very little spring, but not fully open either) I was getting less then stock boost.
