I've been fine with 35-45 PSI in all my Saab performance tires. Generally I run 35-38 front and 40-45 rear. I agree with Chad's statement about upping the rear pressure to help the rear rotate (and counteract some of the understeer). That works really well. Maybe if you up it to 50+ PSI you might see some center wear.
Now if you are trying to get the most out of a tire designed for comfort (soft sidewalls) you may need to inflate all of them to 45+PSI just stay off the sidewalls during hard cornering! The maximum grip is reduced at that pressure, but you will still have more grip than when rolling onto the sidewall.
