I'm running Sunoco 100oct that doesn't have any amount of lead. They also have 110oct but it has low lead levels.
Running non-leaded 100oct gas can't hurt the engine. It's more a question of whether or not it's worth the extra cost. You'll see some benefit but you need a chip designed with higher boost and timing, to really take advantage of higher octane fuel. My other car has switchable software between 93 and 100 octane gas to gain 50hp. That's why I run it most of the time.
