I wonder if an oem sachs audi RS4 pressure plate would, by coincidence, bolt to a 9000 flywheel? I'm using the (european only) oem RS4 pressure plate as an upgrade for the stock S4 pressure plate. It uses the same organic friction disk as the stock S4 clutch. My APR stage 3 turbo kit is rated at 412hp/480tq (crank) and the clutch never slips. I run the 100 octane software 90% of the time that raises it to 450/486. This clutch is butter smooth and no more effort than stock.
I would be happy to mail my stock pressure plate to someone to test fit to a 9000 flywheel, assuming you'll send it back of course. If it will bolt up and the friction area looks the same, the sachs RS4 pressure plate would also fit. If you're running more than 480 ft-lb, I'm not sure what to tell you:)
