with the suspension, koni just released a new spring/shock kit which includes the koni adjustable shocks as well as koni springs. I am about to do a group buy on these & will have the group buy price about $675 including shipping, normally $700+, add in the classifieds next week. If you want to go with aftermarket spring/shocks you might not need the rear swaybar, the springs will probably be plenty.
In the HP area, I am not sure what would void the warantee. I just added a MP IC on my viggen & at first I wasn't impressed. Then I realized that it was 96 degrees with high humidity & once I realized that it was definantly a improvement over the stock IC, my car pulls a LOT harder!!!!
instead of the saab sport exh, I would consider a 3 in turbo back from MP, Jak or whoever else you choose.
A new ECU would definantly void your warantee, not sure if the other engine upgrades would hurt the warantee
