I definitely noticed the difference when I pushed the car hard with my front, but I never got around to doing the back. Common sense tells me that the back would really benefit much more from stiffening than the front (fire wall vs no fire wall) and I know for the 9-2x a rear brace is great and a front brace is basically eye candy...Do you think it could be the design of the rear brace that doesn't really work? On a rear strut car the brace is bolted down securely to the frame. It seems like a rear shock bar would be able to move around a bit do to flexing in the shock bushings. Maybe something that botls securely in would make a much better improvement.
