My '97 has a Group 9 PP, same setup as yours, except with a SS clutch line and new
slave, is hard to differentiate from a stock clutch. Except for the point
at which it engages. Mine grabs about an inch or 2 off the floor.
Pedal effort is just about the same as my '95 with a stock clutch. I can't
really tell the difference in feel when I drive them back-to-back.
What do you mean by freeplay? Is the pedal real easy to push for the first
couple inches? Mine has the same pedal feel from top to bottom. It does not
start to disengage until 3 or so inches of travel, but the effort is the same.
