Yes, I am suspecting that the new pressure plate may be defective. I can't think of anything else. After the intial job, the rear mount was worn , and the car vibrated, bucked like a horse..
After I pulled the motor again, I was sure I found my problem because the rear mount was in nasty condition.
After I placed everything back together; the same judder, yet more subtle.
Ok, the last thing I did was change the fork( the other was a bit oval) Placed everything back...checked the clutch free play(4mm) same freaking judder when lifting off...
I can't see anything other than a bad pressure plate even though it was new. I wonder if when I installed the engine, I somehow damaged it; yet I don't think so. I'll buy a new set, yet I am simply wondering if I should grease the release bearing.. and shaft. I always do in the later Saabs.
Any other ideas?
