My car is about to be towed away because it's in my driveway, not running, and the CC&R's don't allow it. Someone turned me into both the neighborhood association and the City. My car will be towed away within the next week or two. Worst part is they notified me in writing but had the wrong name and address so I never got any of the letters. So now time is out. So here's the main problem. One tire is rotted out and all I can find on Internet is VREDESTEIN's for around $91 a piece, and a while to get one. So looking for some tires or a tire to get it rolling. What size tire do I need? The ones on it are 155SR15's. Other issue is the steering wheel is locked and no keys. Keys were in the ignition but electrolysized away? Anyway, what's the best solution to unlock the steering wheel. It looks like the steering column has a bracket with bolt that have smooth heads so not sure if they need to be drilled out? The car hasn't run in 10 years but I don't think it's anywhere ready for the bone yard, like the City is going to do with it. Too bad I let the car go as we bought it at Monte Shelton in 1996 for way too much $$$$ and it was a nice car. BTW, I live in Beaverton, Oregon in case there are some sources for these tires locally. Going to call around tomorrow.

Here's what I know is wrong at this time:
Steering wheel locked, no keys.
Clutch master cylinder frozen.
Rotors rusted from sitting.
Brake pedal feels OK but ??
Carpet needed and surface rust on floor.
gasket on rear glass shot.
Green paint just fair but still looks OK.
Seats are nice, redone.
Haven't tried to start it but it used to run fine.
I don't know how difficult it is to find parts? I'll start looking.

Does it sound like it needs to go to the crusher?
