Without a photo it is hard to tell if your seals are too shot or door need adjusted.
I suspect it just needs adjusted, The whole door can be adjusted, in/out/forward/back, and tilt by the hinge bolts. A nut on either side of of door hinges top & bottom. By screwing nuts forward and or back.
The door latch can be moved in/out/up/down, loosen screws and tap it gently, then tighten & test.
The glass itself is not intended to be adjusted. It can be tilted in/out but this requires removing the door skin and making shims for the lower mounts.
This is all done by guess or TLAR "That Looks About Right" Some people have a knack for this, the rest of us have to learn the hard way<g> I have been doing it for 50 years now & am pretty good at it, now<g>
I would start by trying the latch, move it in a little, this is easy.
Patience and good luck, RGS in DaBurgh
