Hi all:
I bought a 72 Sonett III last fall, and have spent the winter reading this site...its now running. Thanks to you all. But... I have very rusty rocker panels on both sides, and think this must be integral in the structure, as everything up top is fiberglass.
Has anyone replaced these?
I see Jack Ashcraft offers parts of the entire frame, ready to weld in.
Any experience with these and how they fit?
I'm concerned that cutting these out will let the whole frame get out of line.
thanks,
David
