Hi, yep that Webers ok, but you'd need to set up for an electric choke. The Manual Choke version is easier to install - you need to buy a manual choke cable an dinstall it into the dash. This is what I did. You could try and find the water choke version and use all th eexisting water connections, but I am not sure its worth the hassle.
You'll need the aluminium spacer plate with connections for a breather line, and a thin poly plate to limit heat transfer into the carbie.
You will also need a new airfilter. there is space limitations, if I recall it has to be less than 35mm thick, a Ramflo 600 series works very well.
I think that is it. YOu will need to play with the linkage set up. I was lucky and my Weber nearly matched perfectly, just had to extend th earm closest the carbie and make a new rod up, but I understand others need more chnages.
I can take photos if you need.
To get the most out of th eweber, put in a new cam - F4 - it is a pretty reasonable job and a 2" exhaust.
Good luck
