Hi Scott,
I usually just use a small chisel and a 4 oz hammer. Just hit it so it splits it between a 1/2 and 1 thread deep. That way it spreads the end out a little and it can't back off completely and fall out. Just make sure you have the butterfly positioned exactly were you want it first. Good Luck, Bernie
