Hey Splatt,
The heater fan relay is a standard automotive 5 pin relay that you can buy anywhere. The last pack I bought from Amazon included a connector/harness, but you wouldn't need connector. I keep these standard relays on hand as they work for multiple Saab models and well as other cars.
GOOACC 6 Pack Automotive Relay Harness Set 5-Pin 30/40A 12V SPDT with Interlocking Relay Socket and Harnesses
In your case, you would transfer each wire, one at a time, from your old relay to the new one.
