If this thread is still relevant. I’m LS, the bozo taking apart the Sonett (got everything unbolted from the chassis now). Anyway you’re right the screws are pretty easy to solve, however I don’t know where/if you can get the little cups/washers for them. Not sure you need them anyway. I only have my doors to reference but it appears they were primed, glued together and then painted, and the adhesive that held them together let go of the primer. I didn’t encounter any screws between the two fiberglass pieces. Keep in mind my car was someone else's hack job. If I was in your position I would make sure the small triangle piece was securely where it was supposed to be, peel the door skin back a little more and rough up the mating surfaces with a brush, before squeezing some 5 minute epoxy in there and clamping it together. I like the gorilla glue stuff but anything will do it. The flanges in that area are perfect for that. I don’t think it could fit back together the wrong way. I wouldn’t invest in professional epoxy unless you wanted to reinforce the joint with something from the inside, but that would involve taking the whole thing apart, as getting into that area while the skin is still on the door is next to impossible. I am curious if your doors show any sign of that gray substance though.
