Kanter Products lists a carpet set in their catalog (they specialize in automotive carpets) but it's pretty expensive (~$200, I think.)
If you're not trying for a concours restoration and don't care about duplicating the exact original appearance, you might do better going to an auto upholsterer in your area and seeing what s/he can make up for you. Fortunately, the carpets in a Sonett are just flat, non-molded pieces -- it's pretty easy for an upholsterer to use your original piece as a template, cut a new piece from whatever material you choose from a swatch book, then sew binding around the edges.
They can do the same thing with vinyl for trim, attaching it to new backing boards if necessary. One thing they *can't* easily duplicate is the heat-stamped line pattern of the original panels, so (again) you have to forgo exact original appearance -- but on the other hand, you have a wider choice of colors and materials this way.
I had a local guy do all my door and trunk liner panels this way and the whole thing only cost me about $200. He also gave me the leftover vinyl, which was large enough for me to use to redo the headliner.
If you DO want to retain the original stock appearance, you'll need to deal with a restoration specialist such as Jack A.
