The one thing you might be able to do is remove the driver's seat and unbolt the tracks and shim the front of the tracks to raise them up (about 3/4"). This will tip the seat back more and give you a little more head room. I'm short so I do just the opposite by installing Saab 96 seat track lifts to raise the back of the seat to give me a better view of the road.
