Help with Brakes

Well I started looking at the brake lines on my 74 Sonett. The two lines running down the middle of the cab. Are they the back or the front lines. What is the easiest way to pull the lines and replace them. I didn't think it would be that difficult untill I looked at it last night. Looks like three arms that bend backward are required. Any help would be great. I would love to start running this baby soon but stopping is a requirement.
