35" from the bottom of the seat to the roof with the seat all the way back, and 41" from the back of the seat to the brake pedal. 6' 2" is just about the max to sit in a Sonett. My suggestion, try it before you buy it. You can gain some headroom by shimming under the front of the seat tracks which raises the front edge of the seat and tips the back of the seat further back. This allows a more reclined position lowering your head. Installing a sunroof, depending on the style, may gain a slight amount of headroom.
