Don't slam Ebay too much. I have found so many of my restoration parts thru Ebay, stuff I would not have found anywhere else. And like with anything, the buyer needs to be careful. The seller needs to be upright and ethical. The sale cannot happen otherwise. I plan to put my 1971 Sonett on Ebay next week. The car is wonderful, still under 96k. I will ask my price and that is it. Sometimes what you look for on Ebay is a car or item that is DONE...complete and ready to cherish. Combing thru adverts in every paper or Trader mag is too time consuming and the communication is just not equal to what I have had on Ebay. Yep, rust is bad. But what are you expecting for 800-1500 bucks? Bruce, well kept Sonetts are rare indeed.
