Hi everyone I am not new to restoration but am new to the Sonett and I have a few questions. From what i can tell everyone starts off with a complete tune up and then moves to a 2 barrel with new manifolds, a Weber 32/36 DGV carburetor master kit from Jack Ashcraft is priced out to a degree the guy may realy know his saab stuff but is that set up realy worth 1,295. Second if i want the full benifit of the new carb i should get a new hi flow exhaust many people recoment MSS is their anyone else or are they it. Is Pertronix the only way to go on the new ignition system. I have read alot of posts on the free wheel and most of them end with the peson neutering it is that realy the smar thing to do considering i drive like a mad man. If so could someone please give me a good website to go to with some pictures or maybe just a damn good explination on it. I suck when it comes to transmissions. Finaly dose anyone know of a water pump that is ment for non-stop useage i would like to reduce as mutch drag on the motor as possible. I know this car will not be the fastest thing on the road but I atleast want to make hondas fear me.
