It would be useful to know to what extent your chassis needs repair before responding in any detail. Typically, things like repairing sills and replacing floorboards are quite expensive unless you have "friends," but are normal restoration processes that work quite well and any restoration shop worth their salt would be able to do it. I've seen costs for repair of just sills on vehicles ranging from $500 to $2000 depending on the type of car and how much damage had to be repaired, so unless you're going to do the work yourself, buckets of money are quite useful...
Note that this type of repair can be botched pretty badly as well, so one would want to seriously investigate the shop in question if you're looking for longevity and not needing to replace the bits again in a couple of years because they began to rust along the repair lines...
As Sonett's don't currently have much market value (even in pristine shape) unless you're ready to hang onto the car for quite some time, most of the money you put into a restoration will be for naught - however, it is exceedingly rare that restorations are done with the idea of making money in the end...we do it for the love of the vehicle, and there's much to love about the Sonett.
