All the electronics are hooked up independent of the car, and seem to make the injectors click. I need to add the A/C before I try the injection. Then I will add cruise next year.
My main point has been do I use Saab LH2.2, or megasquirt. Eventually I will be running stright ethanol, so that means I need to reprogram the ECU. Seems easier to buy a megasquirt and set it up, but that means 700 bucks plus the learning curve. The LH2.2 can be reprogrammed by JAK, but that means driving to NC, gas, and 300 bucks.
Right now I am revelling in getting this old beast back to life smoke free. I am also getting ready for the July 4'th weekend, so all else is back burner.
Happy 4'th and thanks for asking.
P.S. the 16 valve is too long, so it will kill handling and won't fit unless you convert to RWD. You really can't use a straight 4 in a Sonett. Consider a rotary/shaft and wankle engine instead.
