any dc fan can be a pusher by swapping polarity. Put a piece of ribbon or paper near the radiator and see if it is pushed or pulled.
2-stroke sonetts had pusher fans from the factory, not very efficient, but there is plenty of room. A fan from a classic 900 might work out just fine, they certainly fit all the v4 cars when used as a puller inside the engine compartment. If you want to get fancy you can remove the big bearing from the front cover of the v4 for a cleaner appearance.
