I wouldn't stiffen the rear springs on a Sonett unless you had a really good reason. The Sonett is very light in the back, and if you just arbitrarily stiffen up the springs, you'll make handling WORSE because the back end will be hopping around so much over bumps that you won't get any traction!
I can see adding a bit of stiffness to the front if you're building a track car, but not otherwise. I tried installing springs that were about 20% stiffer, and had to go back to the stock springs because the handling deteriorated on anything except perfect surfaces.
Adding the front sway bar will improve transient response (quick steering inputs) but it also will increase understeer, of which the Sonett already has plenty because it's so front-heavy.
I would suggest starting by deciding what is your worst handling problem right now, and then focus specifically on that. For a front-heavy, front-drive car, the Sonett's suspension is a pretty good compromise right out of the box -- any changes you make to improve one area (such as flat cornering) are going to hurt you in another area (such as understeer, ground clearance, or rough-road handling) so make sure you are taking the loss in an area that doesn't have much effect on the way you drive.
