Those sound like SPG ground effects.  If they are, and you have never seen them
before, your car is not an SPG.

SPG's were not available in Rose Quartz (or white, AFAIK), and neither are the
ground effects. I do not think they would look cool painted rose quartz, no.
Best to paint the car black or edwardian grey (real SPG colors) if you want the
SPG look.

SPG body kits are available, but they cost $$$$. The height off the ground is
also affected, in a real SPG, by the SPG road-handling kit, which has lower
springs.
