If you live in SF I'd reconsider the AERO...I have an ARC w/ the full body ground effects kit which makes the front clearance the same as the Aero. The wost thing isn't bumps up such as speed bumps but arbrupt changes in angle like the streets of SF has due to the hills. It would be very diffulcult to get by without scaping a lot.
For example if the street is going down and it reverses angle up like a lot of the one way turns I remeber in SF you'd have to go very slow! I watch out for this all the time and even going to my local grocery market I scrape even when I know whats coming. Flatlanders probably don't have as much issue w/ this but I do in the hilly area I live now and its nothing compared to some of the angles I remember in SF (I used to live in the Bay area).
I'd ask an local owner of any car w/ a low air dam and see what they think...
