$165 for an oil change at a dealer? Wow. And for that price they couldn't even reset the service indicator? Lame. Find a new dealer because they clearly don't care about you.
The last oil change I had done at a SAAB dealer under free scheduled maintenance resulted in a missing attach fastener (one of three) for the plastic cover over the engine. And the last oil change I had done at my Mazda dealer resulted in a stripped drain plug.
Anyway, you need to find an indy for your oil changes.
